Where do I find delivery information? +

Do you deliver outside of the UK? +

Yes. We deliver across the UK and EU. All parcels are fully tracked. Please see our shipping page for full details.

Can I speak to someone about my order? +

We'd love to help you with any order queries. Please use our contact form, or contact our customer service team at customersupport@adoredbeauty.com.

Can I make any changes to my order? +

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. However, if you email us at customersupport@adoredbeauty.com with your order number, one of our team will advise the best next steps.

How do I cancel my order? +

Unfortunately we start processing your order as soon as it's placed, so we are unable to change or cancel orders once they are made.

How long does shipping take? +

We offer either 24-hour or 48-hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail.

What should I do if I receive the wrong or a damaged product? +

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customersupport@adoredbeauty.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged or incorrect
  • A brief description

Claims for incorrect/missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Do you test on animals and are you cruelty free? +

In line with European regulations, neither Adored By nor any third parties acting on our behalf conduct animal testing on our products. The safety assessments used do not require animal test data.

Which skin types are Adored By products suitable for? +

Our products are formulated for all skin types. Full ingredients lists are provided on product pages and packaging. If you have sensitivities, we recommend a patch test or consulting a healthcare professional.
